Teaching Assistant

This role is essential in fostering a constructive and dynamic learning environment, aiding the delivery of high-quality education across various subjects. The successful candidate will support our teaching staff in creating engaging and inclusive educational experiences that encourage student participation and learning.
Role Overview:
As an Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with teachers to prepare and deliver instructional materials, assist in classroom management, and provide individual support to students as needed. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your educational skills in a supportive and enriching environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of daily lesson plans and educational activities.
- Supporting the assessment of student progress, marking assignments, and providing constructive feedback.
- Facilitating small group sessions and one-to-one support for students requiring extra help.
- Participating in school meetings and professional development sessions.
- Ensuring classroom environments are safe and conducive to learning.
- Maintaining records of students' progress and behaviour.
- Contributing to the creation of a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.

Salary: Grade 14, £11.98 per hour Pro Rata
Hours: 31.25 Hours per week, Term term plus Inset days (8:45am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday)
