Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity and would you like to be part of a growing team? West Monkton Church of England Primary School‌ is now looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher‌ to join our friendly and motivated team.

Overview of the role

We are seeking an excellent educator to join our teaching staff in Taunton‌. You’ll be an experienced Primary teacher or an enthusiastic ECT, delivering the foundation phase curriculum whilst planning, preparing and teaching lessons; an understanding of classroom management, curriculum knowledge and delivery of feedback is key.

Key requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification
  • Passion and commitment for inspiring through teaching and learning
  • Solid knowledge of the foundation phase in line with the relevant curriculum
  • The ability to build on and develop existing best practice knowledge
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
