We are looking to appoint 2 lunchtime assistants to join our lunchtime team on a permanent basis. The role involves setting up of the dining hall for lunches and clearing away at the end of the lunch period. In addition, you will be required to assist the children during their lunch and playtimes, supporting and joining in with play to encourage inclusive, fun playtimes.

We are seeking to appoint a candidate who will:

  • Maintain a calm atmosphere and encourage positive behaviour

  • Be a reflective person, who shows initiative and leadership to support our children
  • Take care and pride in the school and its grounds
  • Have the commitment to be involved in the life of the school and its needs

  • Have the ability to work closely with staff and children
  • Have the ability to fit in with a dedicated and hardworking staff team
  • Have or will have a full DBS clearance

Hours: 6.25 hours a week. 11:45am - 1:15pm Mon-Fri, Term time only
