We are looking to appoint an outstanding Holiday Club Supervisor to lead and deliver The Oak Partnership Holiday Club. We would welcome applications from organised and professional individuals who can demonstrate a passion for, and some experience of, working with children ages 4-11years. The club supervisor will manage, lead and motivate a team as well as undertaking the daily administration of setting up and running the club.

Main duties will include:

  • Providing safe, creative, appropriate play opportunities, preparing and planning activities, and organising the delivery of the programme.
  • Use leadership and management skills to allocate and direct staff to carry out any planned activities.
  • Being responsible for the day-to-day administration of the club working closely with school administrators and the Trust Extended Services Manager/Headteacher.
  • Promoting the club to the local community and leading events to encourage participation of the community and parents.
  • You should have knowledge and experience around safeguarding as the first point of contact for any safeguarding issues that are raised at the club.

Hours - 3 days each half term (Oct, Feb and May) 8 days Easter break and 4 weeks during summer Holidays +3 days
