As a hard-working professional, we know you’re really busy. But there are great benefits to becoming a director.

What we’re looking for:

• We would welcome applications from professionals with experience in: HR/ employment law, building/ premises management, IT or education.

• Make a Difference having a positive impact on the local community. By having a say in the education of children and young people, you have the potential to affect the outcomes of our children and have a positive impact on education in the area.

• Connecting with other professionals and building a network that could build and enhance business partnerships.

Our Directors meet 12 times a year- each meeting is 1.5 to 2 hours long- a mixture of in-person and online. Outside of these meetings, there could be exceptional meetings for exceptional circumstances such as a panel where you could offer an independent view.

The Oak Partnership Trust is a family of schools that cater for children and young people from 2 – 19 years old. Established on 1st January 2019 with a clear purpose of being an inclusive community of schools which inspires a passion for knowledge and the courage and confidence to fly.
