Job overview
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the reception facility, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.
Job requirements
- Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English
- Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
- Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills including recent knowledge of MS Office 365
- A high level of verbal and written communication standards and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
- Integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
